  • Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

    In order to offer you the most cost effective service, we do have a minimum order quantity. The minimum quantity varies from product to product so please contact us to find out the MOQ for your desired order.

  • Are there any limits on size, shape or colour?

    It is important to us that we offer unique, custom-made products for our clients. We will design and produce any size, shape or coloured product that best suits your needs.

  • What is the process for producing my promotional product?

    At Pyramids Badges we offer a simple and streamlined process for our clients. After your initial design consultation, we begin artwork production. Once the artwork has been approved, we begin the manufacturing and production process. Once complete, we deliver our products as promptly as possible.

  • How long after ordering can I expect my product to be delivered?

    We pride ourselves on offering an efficient turnaround service. On average deliveries arrive 3 to 4 weeks after artwork approval has been completed.

  • Do you charge for delivery?

    We pass on a small delivery fee to you for local and inter-state deliveries. Alternatively you are welcome to collect your order from our premises at no extra charge.

  • What are my payment options?

    Our preferred payment options are via cheque or direct deposit. If you would like to make payment using a different method, please contact us to discuss your options.

  • Do you offer design consultation?

    Yes. We understand you may only have a general idea for your promotional products so we'll sit down with you and work out what will work best for you. Our artists will help you design your product until you are happy with it.
